Go for it!

Face physical and emotional challenge situations and develop teamwork, communication, planning, and execution skills. All of it in our experiential laboratory!

Our methodology: learning by doing

First, we invite you to take part in a series of activities to develop specific skills. Then, at the end of each activity, our instructors lead a reflection in which you will analyze the lesson learned and its connection with real situations in your work or study environment.

The components of the ¡Lánzate! Center for Leadership and Challenge have been built to offer more than 30 different challenges.

Architectural design was created by Enrique Abaroa, a renowned architect-landscapist. Elements were designed by Challenge Towers, international leader creator of "Discovery Course", which offers 24 challenges and is the only structure of its kind in Latin America.
