Luisana Valtierra García is a proud alumna of UDEM, holding a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law, the latter in a dual degree program with Université Pantheón-Assas. She specializes in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies, organizational management and leadership, and university law.
Her career at UDEM began in 2009, in the then Office of Auditing and Legal Affairs, where she was responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and execution of institutional projects. She has also served as Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, and Director of Strategic Planning.
She has certifications in Human Resources Management and the Future of Work from Wharton - Aresty Institute of Executive Education, in Human Resources Administration from UDEM-ERIAC, and in Gender Policies in Higher Education Institutions from the Inter-American University Organization. She is currently pursuing a diploma in Digital Transformation from MIT.
She is a member of the Executive Human Resources Commission of the Federación de Instituciones Mexicanas Particulares de Educación Superior (Federation of Mexican Private Higher Education Institutions, FIMPES), a board member of the Ibero-American Network of University Law, President of the Mexican Network of Legal Advisors for Higher Education Institutions, and a member of the Human Sense Committee of ERIAC Capital Humano.
