In this laboratory, students will be able to use methods and procedures to measure amounts such as voltage, current, resistance, capacitance and inductance. They will also observe the behavior of RL, RC, and RLC circuits as well as the internal characteristics of transformers. Additionally, they will carry out efficiency and regulation simulations in single-phase transformers, blocked-rotor tests and void test in induction motors. They will also do Curves of Par versus rpm on wound rotor induction motors and squirrel cages.
