The aim of this course is for students to understand the basics of the American legal system in particular in the areas of constitutional law and history of the Common Law, through a study method that uses the tools of comparative law, aiming to capitalize on the knowledge acquired by students for a better understanding of topics of Mexican law, especially in areas such as constitutional law.
