At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to diagnose and treat the most common nephrologic clinical conditions and demonstrate a professional and ethical position in the practice of medicine by defining the criteria for referral and counter-referral of patients requiring support from a nephrology specialist. This will be achieved through outpatient practice , supported by problematized clinical case discussions led by the professor.
