At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to describe and explain the most common clinical problems in the area of psychiatry in order to timely diagnose and refer those conditions that warrant the participation of a psychiatrist . This will be achieved through lectures , seminars, case studies and outpatient and inpatient consultation practices.
