The aim of this course is for students to develop the necessary skills to successfully face conflict situations that appear at different levels and in different spheres such as the individual, couple, family, organizational and social contexts, in order to propose strategies and programs with a high potential for success in conflict resolution. The proposed strategies and programs will facilitate the development of self-management and problem-solving skills in the different conflict situations.
