The aim of this course is for students to be able to integrate, in a sequence of activities, action, and events, an intervention for the development of an organization. This intervention will enhance the performance and effectiveness of particular areas of organizational operation identified during a diagnosis process. The interventions may include standardized programs that have been developed and used in several organizations, as well as relatively unique programs designed for a specific organization or department.
