The ultimate objective of this course is for students to design an educational center with the following components: an educational philosophy, an educational that defines the tenets, purposes, and aims of the institution, a teacher's profile, teaching methodologies and learning styles, a comprehensive evaluation system with minimum required educational quality standards, and learning feedback methods. Students should also be able to comprehend school regulations, and the institutions's compensation schemes for its personnel. If possible, students will include attachments such as diagrams of facility layout, description of supporting technology, and examples of syllabi from different school grades.
