Upon graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, she earned Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude recognition from the University of Monterrey.
She is Assistant Director of Learning and Development at Banco Santander (Corporate). She has led curriculum design, instructional and accreditation teams at different universities.
She offers courses, consultancies and lectures on competency-based education, educational assessment, citizenship education, intercultural education and wellbeing in different universities and organizations in Mexico, the United States, Ecuador and Peru.
She is a lecturer and workshop leader on diversity and inclusion, gender equity, inclusive language, sorority, among others, in companies such as Grupo Chedraui, Grupo Julio, Laboratorios PiSA, Owens Corning. Countries: Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and the Netherlands.
She has worked as a teacher at all academic levels and is the author of two books on intercultural education.
