Receives Citibanamex 2016-2017 “Atanasio G. Saravia” Award for the History of the Regions of Mexico

UDEM’s Department of Social Sciences professor won first place in the 2016-2017 17^th edition of the Citibanamex “Atanasio G. Saravia” Award for the History of the Regions of Mexico for his research “Frontera armada: prácticas militares en el noreste histórico, siglos XVII, XVIII y XIX” (Armed border: military exercises in the historical northeast, 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th centuries).
