The aim of this course is for students to practice and develop the reading comprehension skills necessary to understand legal texts and documents in English, through readings and both written and oral exercises targeted at identifying sources of law and building up a basic legal vocabulary. This will enable students to consult and include international law sources into their legal studies, particularly in the field of private law.
