The aim of this course is for students to undertake research on matters concerning Amparo proceedings and apply it to cases still not provided for in the corresponding legislation and which are of general interest and of which every student should be aware.

By the end of this course, students will be able to understand various types of legal texts of the American legal system.

This course aims to study in depth the main elements of Consular Law, and describe and analyze the different national and international legal mechanisms applicable to Consular Law.

This course aims to analyze new laws, biddings, and conflict of interests as related to insolvency, through the legal principles and texts and applicable antecedents in the jurisprudence. 

By the end of this course, students will get acquainted with, distinguish, and apply the different procedures established in civil procedural law. They will also be able to differentiate the acts consituting the procedures and adequate proceedings for each lawsuit.
