This course aims to analyze the theoretical principles and purposes of administrative law and the legal framework of administrative law in Mexico.
DE 2421 Administrative Law Institutions
This course aims to analyze the most relevant administrative activity on the issues of expropriation, concession, labor relations of public servants, and public administration, as well as the general foundations of the administrative procedure.
DE 2425 Urban Planning Law
This course aims to analyze the legal framework of zoning regulations and urban planing in the Mexican legal system and its impact on the environment and other related aspects.
DE 2430 Intellectual and Industrial Property
By the end of this course, students will understand the different industrial and intellectual property rights existing in Mexico, as well as the various international conventions that Mexico has ratified on the subject.
DE 2435 Energy Law
By the end of this course, students will be able to identify the legal framework that regulates the energy sector in Mexico. They will appreciate the legal and economic importance of the energy industry in our country, especially within the context of change that the Mexican society has experienced. The course also aims to develop students' capacity to compete in the specialized labor market of this branch of law.

This course aims to analyze the Mexican and international legal framework as regards customs practices.

This course aims to analyze the state of the Mexican social security system within the modernization process.
DE 2001 Civil Law Seminar
By the end of this course, students will apply theoretical knowledge of Civil Law, the theory of Liability and Contracts theory through the presentation of case studies, using applicable Civil legislation and precedents of the National Supreme Court of Justice.
