This course aims to analyze the most relevant administrative activity on the issues of expropriation, concession, labor relations of public servants, and public administration, as well as the general foundations of the administrative procedure.

By the end of this course, students will understand the different industrial and intellectual property rights existing in Mexico, as well as the various international conventions that Mexico has ratified on the subject.

By the end of this course, students will apply theoretical knowledge of Civil Law, the theory of Liability and Contracts theory through the presentation of case studies, using applicable Civil legislation and precedents of the National Supreme Court of Justice.
