By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and analyze matters concerning the urgent normativity of contracts and agreements in Mexico, within the civil sphere and through the study of applicable legal principles, legislation, and precedents in the jurisprudence.

They will appreciate the legal and economic importance of the energy industry in our country, especially within the context of change that the Mexican society has experienced. The course also aims to develop students' capacity to compete in the specialized labor market of this branch of law.
