The aim of this course is for students to solve industrial design problems focusing on concepts and forms,considering all factors involved in design and its visual impact.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply and integrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their university course of study to a professional project for a service or product that meets the goals and scope aimed by a company through creative, strategic graphic design.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to understand the practical context of the discipline through the development of assigned design projects, supported by analysis and management processes that engage them in the interaction of professional practice through dynamic, useful, and enriching experiences.
Upon completion of this course, students will succeed in integrating the material developed throughout their university course of study into a digital or printed portfolio in order to strongly promote their talent showing acquired knowledge and experience, graphic, typographic or photographic skills, as well as the ability of organization, creativity and workmanship that the students possess.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply in the actual work field the criteria, knowledge, and responsibilities formed and acquired through their course of study in graphic design in order to demonstrate the acquired capacity and promote their internship in agencies, companies, and various organizations.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to meet the necessary technical and formal guidelines involved in the design of typographic alphabets in order to correctly structure their own typographic alphabet and produce it digitally through the use of specialized software.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to integrate in a practical manner the strengths acquired throughout their university course of study and apply them through the solution of real problems that involve graphic design as the most effective communication and persuasion strategy aimed at an increasingly competitive market.
Students will develop skills that enable them to apply their knowledge of technology, programming, multimedia, and spaces to interact with the user through experimental interfaces, developing integrated experiences that produce a positive impact on the viewer.
Upon completion of this course, students will be acquainted with and analyze the link between the environment, ecology, and sustainability, within a context that integrates technological development, production systems, and the social management of available resources.
This course aims to analyze comprehensively various approaches to the regional cross-border security issue, focusing on the Mexican case (north and south borders), and comparing it with other Latin American cases.
