The aim of this course is for students to learn and apply the methodology necessary to carry out and assess projects in their various dimensions: market, technical, and economic. They will study and  manage the techniques and methods for project management and control, including PERT, CPM, and the use of computer tools.

The aim of this course is for students to design processes and improve their productivity by applying operational analysis, process analysis tool, resource groups, machinists' movements, and work measurement techniques. They will be able to design incentive systems to increase the esigning systems of incentives to increase the productivity of machinists.

This course aims for students to: (1) schematize the evolution, strategic importance, and relevant aspects of operations management such as the design of processes, quality improvement, costing, response time and flexibility, production planning, and work design. (2) Conceptually define the appropriate operative strategy to compete and satisfy market requirements. (3) Analyze trends in the area such as the impact of automation, just-in-time philosophy, and similar trends.

After completing this course, students will be able to learn, understand, and be able to apply the tools, methods and techniques to generate transformations in products, services, processes, and systems, using innovation as a key element of competitiveness.

Students will be able to use the tools acquired on the different techniques and process design methodologies in the area of Mechatronics in a real situation, through a virtual simulation (PLM ) to apply them to real integration projects.

Students will be able to integrate the main areas of the IMA undergraduate degree program into a functional-prototype project for a specific client. It will analyze projects and applications of the three areas to identify the elements, the problems, and the solutions. They will also learn methodologies and current computer equipment and tools used in their professional field. All this for the purpose of to enhance their knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.

The aim is for students to use the tools acquired on the different techniques and methodologies of process design, in the area of Bioengineering in a real situation.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to understand the concepts of organizational design, rising workloads, knowledge management, change management and industrial safety. They will also know how to manage unions and strikes in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
