The aim of this course is for students to achieve a general overview of the operation of the Human Resources department, identifying its functions, activities, and contributions that impact on Human Capital in the organization.

Upon completion of this course, students will describe the basics of organizational development, including the historical trajectory of the pioneers in the field, its principles and values, and the OD definitions that will serve as a basis for their own definition.

By the end of the workshop, students will be able to describe the processes required to diagnose, analyze, define and implement changes and evaluate their effects at an organizational and individual level, applying transformational leadership competencies.

Students will develop some skills to enhance their personal organization such as career planning, time management, adapting to change, developing networks, and solving problems.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to design and develop research projects through knowledge of contemporary methodology and techniques applied to the scientific method, supported by an epistemological position defined to address the research problem in order to generate proposals and new theories in the business field.
