The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the structure and functionality of different credit organiations such as: financial factoring enterprises, money exchange houses, saving funds and loans, insurance companies, financial funds with a limited objective (SOFOL), and credit unions.

This course aims to provide students with knowledge of the new investment mechanisms known as Hedge Funds, whose main objective is to provide the best risk-benfit ratio, using derivate instruments as protection.

The aim of this course is for students to: (1) Examine the impact that the decisions made by a commercial banking institution in terms of credit, funding, investment, and operation have on risk/yield. (2) Review risk management in the bank's position for assets, liabilities, and economic return.

This course aims to analyze in depth some concrete topics regarding the knowledge necessary to obtain one of the different certifications designed by the Mexican Association of Stock Brokers (AMIB) to be certified as Investment Funds Promoter, Securities and Investment Funds Promoter, Advisor on Investment Strategies and Stock Market Operator. Upon conclusion of the course, students will have the opportunity to select one of the aforementioned certifications.

The aim of this course is for students to learn the legal requirements to establish an investment company, the services it offers, the operations it can carry out and the instruments it operates.

This course aims to analyze the main issues affecting the market due to corporate control; thus making students familiar with the main techniques used by companies in order to carry out mergers  and acquisitions.

The course aims to enable students to apply the knowledge acquired in the course such as investment decisions for investment projects and the financial evaluation of investment projects so that, based on the study of country risk, international financial markets, investment and financing alternatives, and economic analysis, they may be able to evaluate the financial feasibility of an international business project.

This course aims to povide students with fundamental knowledge to enable the quantification of the risk to which the enterprise is exposed, mostly as concerns operating cash flow. Additionally, the course aims to explain the concept and methodology of derivative instruments so that the students may learn its advantages and apply them to the daily operations of the business.

Students will learn how to manage the theoretical aspects and basic tools of investment portfolios. The course concentrates on the mechanics of yield maximization and risk minimization via diversification, selection of securities, investment terms and risk.
