Courtroom for Oral Trials

Live the experience of a trial beyond the classroom

As of 2012, the Courtroom for Oral Trials has been an official venue of the Judicial Branch of the State Government. Civil, mercantile, and criminal trials are held there. It offers spaces for judges, witnesses, and secretaries. Additionally, it has screens and suitable technological equipment in place for the judges to perform their work better.

You can develop cases with your classmates and put your knowledge into practice in an official space!

An ideal space to settle disputes o controversies

It is an ideal space to settle disputes or controversies, through the voluntary participation of the interested parties with assistance from an impartial third party, called a mediator.

It is open to both the university community and the community in general.

The consultation forums with indigenous communities of Latin America agree on their advances and frustrations, especially when it comes to protecting the environment and their territories, but Mexico generates a special subject for the dialog between ethnic groups and the State, which distinguishes it from the rest of its neighbors: the interest in political participation.
