IN 4205 Mechanical Engineering Final Evaluation Program

The aim of this program is for students to: (1) Plan and develop a project that is similar to those they will encounter in their careers and which integrates the knowledge acquired throughout the undergraduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering. (2) Develop their professional responsibility, their methodological capacity to search for, process, and use information, to formulate problems, design solutions, and apply suitable techniques.

(2) Develop their professional responsibility, their methodological capacity to search for, analyze, and use information, problems, design solutions and apply appropriate techniques.

IN 4105 Industrial Engineering Final Evaluation Program

The aim of this program is for students to: (1) Plan and develop a project that is similar to those they will encounter in their careers and which integrates the knowledge acquired throughout the undergraduate degree program in IndustrialEngineering. (2) Develop their professional responsibility, their methodological capacity to search for, analyze, and use information, problems, design solutions using the right tools or techniques; define and state problems, design solutions, and apply appropriate techniques.

IN 3401 Simulation

The aim of this course is for students to apply methodologies to design simulation systems models and use those models to analyze the behavior of the real system in different scenarios and to decide on the best course of action.

IN 3321 Tribology

Upon completion of this course, students will be knowledgeable in the phenomena of friciton, wear, and lubrication. They will know how to research the tribological properties of different materials and select the materials to use under certain work conditions.
