Change starts with a person who dares
Drivers of Change is a high-performance program with an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach, making an impact at both national and international levels. Within the program, service, experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and social innovation become tools to transform our surroundings.
Over six semesters, you’ll be part of a community of student leaders, where you’ll develop social innovation and entrepreneurship projects and engage in direct collaborative experiences with communities that will inspire you to view the world from a new perspective.
Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by a coordination team, mentors appropriate for your generation’s stage, and a project advisor.

You can apply to the program if you have six semesters remaining and are enrolled in any bachelor’s degree program at Universidad de Monterrey.
1. Apply
Complete the Form using your UDEM email and include:
- Curriculum vitae
- Motivation letter
- Evidence of your social trajectory (photos, videos, diplomas, etc.)
- At least two letters of recommendation (not from family)

- Personal introduction (name, age, major, a random fact)
- What is your biggest dream and what are you doing to achieve it?
- What personal achievements are you most proud of and why?
- If you had a social enterprise, what cause would it address and how would you make it a reality?
- What can you bring to your generation that no one else can?
Maximum duration: 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Save the video in Google Drive and insert the link at the end of the online form.
2. Interviews
Attend an interview with the Drivers of Change team. We will contact you to schedule it.
What if I have a Golden Pass?
Congratulations! Your leadership trajectory and community impact have brought you here.
If you have a Golden Pass, you only need to schedule a meeting with the Drivers of Change team via your UDEM email and send your CV to the program’s official email.
