Founding School Scholarship

If you studied preparatory school or high school at a school belonging to one of the congregations that founded the Universidad de Monterrey, we offer you the benefit of a 20% Founding School Scholarship for our offering of undergraduate degree programs.

This scholarship is granted to new students who achieved a cumulative grade point average of 80 or higher in their high school program.

The founding congregations are: The Daughters of Immaculate Mary of Guadalupe, the Brothers of La Salle, the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Marist Brothers, and the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.

A limited number of Founding School scholarships are granted; therefore, they are awarded to the first candidates that complete their admission process. It is not necessary to submit an application for financial aid or demonstrate financial need to receive the benefit of this scholarship.

Check with your advisor if your school belongs to the group of congregations whose graduates are entitled to this benefit.
