Announcement | Credit balance – monthly parking lot

Dear student:
We hope you and your family are in very good health and following the necessary precautions in light of the COVID-19 contingency.
In accordance with the official announcement issued on April 21 about the UDEM/COVID Comprehensive Support Program, and pursuant to the measures taken by UDEM, we inform you that all students who purchased a parking lease plan for the Spring 2020 semester will get credit for unused days of the parking service, through SALDO A FAVOR (Credit balance) to pay for the parking lease plan for the Autumn 2020 semester. The calculation was based on the number of unused days over the total number of days in the semester.
You do not need to do anything to activate this benefit because this balance has been automatically credited to your account for the payment of a parking lease plan for the next semester. If you have any queries or comments regarding this measure, you can email us at [email protected]
