Announcement | Students: Prepare to resume classes online

San Pedro Garza García, Friday, March 20, 2020

Dear students:

We emphasize that the University continues to work on the transition and significant adjustments for online courses and operations in a fully digital environment. The process of adapting courses and complementary training for our teachers will guarantee the academic level and continuity of services during this exceptionally high demand period.

Starting Monday, March 23, online and distance classes will formally begin, and will be held at regular times, that is, at the time you attended the campus and according to the new PR20 calendar (available on the UDEM Portal).

Through the Blackboard platform, your teacher will guide you and provide directions to continue your online courses.

Is it your first time on Blackboard?

1. Enter: https://cursos-udem.blackboard.com/

2. Register your username and password (they are the same ones you use to enter the UDEM Portal).

3. Once inside Blackboard, verify that all your courses appear.

4. If you have problems with your access or a course does not appear, contact Online Help at [email protected] or telephone (81) 8215-1585 and 8215-1586.

Note: Online help also has chat support for students and teachers in the UDEM Portal. Chat hours are from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We understand the challenges of adapting to classes remotely during this public health crisis, so we ask you to stay tuned to the official media of the University, and to keep in touch with your professors and directors of the academic program.

Likewise, we invite you to stay informed about the COVID-19 contingency, through the official communication channels of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Health Secretariat of the Government of the Republic, the Health Secretariat of the State Government from Nuevo León; or through our page udem.edu.mx/coronavirus

Sincerely,
Universidad de Monterrey
