The aim of this course is for students to lead processes of organizational diagnosis focused on the detection of psychological and social problems, based on data collection by means of techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, observations and measurements, as well as through the use of models of psychological diagnosis which include data analysis and feedback presentation techniques in organizations.
