AD 2111 Organizational Management and Control

After finishing the course, students will be able to understand the nature of the strategic exercise of senior management, identifying roles and responsibilities of senior managers to effectively lead an organization. They will also be able to design control mechanisms and apply tools that allow them to assess the achievement of organizational objectives and apply corrective measures for the organization to generate the value expected in strategic planning.

IN 2000 Experiment Design

The aim of this course is for students to design and conduct experiments within the framework of statistics. Thwy will analyze the observed data and reach objective decisions to optimize process performance.  At the same time, they will gain experience in the use of specialized software and in interpreting their reports to give support to the analysis and decision-making process in real-life problems and cases.

AD 2090 Franchising Workshop

After completing the course, students will be able to plan the development of business format franchises, presenting the historical background, iconceptual and legal framework, and operational dynamics of franchising; both nationally and internationally, for the purpose of business diversification.
