This course aims to provide an overview of tourism as a social phenomenon with environmental implications , socio-cultural , political and economic and as an industry that encompasses various productive sectors. Students will, through case studies, talks by industry leaders, and examples of successful tourist destinations, get an overview of the potential career of graduates from the undergraduate program in International Tourism.

Upon completion of this course, students will describe the basics of organizational development, including the historical trajectory of the pioneers in the field, its principles and values, and the OD definitions that will serve as a basis for their own definition.
By the end of the workshop, students will be able to describe the processes required to diagnose, analyze, define and implement changes and evaluate their effects at an organizational and individual level, applying transformational leadership competencies.

After finishing the course, students will be able to apply techniques that help develop creativity to generate new ideas for products or services. Furthermore, they will be able to develop a plan to transform these ideas into products or services required by the market.
