CS 1400 Introduction to Political Science
By the end of this course, students will have studied the main theories, methodology, and basic tools of political science.

By the end of this course, students will be able to produce an articulated photographic project through an intensive exploration of photography. In addition, they will become acquainted with and identify the functions of photography, both in terms of analysis and production, for the professional application of the photographic object, by working on projects with clearly defined objectives and goals.
By the end of this course, students will be able to describe the concepts of composition, rhythm and proportion in sculpture. They will also be able to differentiate the concepts of cast and relief to apply relief in the exploration of space and its relation to architecture and cast as a vital tool for multiple production.
By the end of this course, students will be able to describe and discuss organization schemes in studio teaching processes for the production of new media in order to integrate theoretical and practical concepts into the creation of a creative production.
By the end of this course, students will be able to express artistic creations assuming as fundamental elements drawing, painting, multiple work, photography and digital imaging through the study of concepts that provide the framework of reference for studies on the integration of art and ideology.
By the end of this course, students will be able to produce photographic images in a photography studio. They will become acquainted with the elements that make up the equipment of a photography studio, its performance and its use in the shooting by applying the principles of composition, lighting and post production.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply techniques and practical requirements for the generation of photographic images by using professional digital cameras as well as specialized programs in order to develop quality images supported in a conceptual and critical stance. This will be achieved through a course that links theory and the implementation of acquired knowledge.
By the end of this course, students will be able to understand, describe, and integrate the different art techiques; having as a focal point art and how to create innovative thematic intentions.
By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and analyze the main theoretical contributions of the classical world to art, to define and critique artistic expressions in art. This will be achieved through readings, the analysis of these readings, group discussions, and the review of research works.
By the end of this course, students will be able to describe and discuss scheme organization in studio teaching processes for the production of a work of art in order to integrate theoretical and practical concepts in the development of a creative production.
