This course aims to analyze and apply the general theory of auditing, which implies the evaluation of internal control, planning, procedures, work documents, reviews, and selective tests. The course also covers the application of auditing standards regarding assets, liabilities, owners' equity, income and expenses, as well as the end of audit, types of auditing opinions, and general administration of federal tax auditing.

CO 1035 Financing and Risk Management for PYMES (SMEs - Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises)

The aim of this course is to acquaint students withthe different alternatives for financing offered to PYMEs (SMEs) in the financial system, as well as the legal framework that regulates them, for the purpose of financing specific projects. The course will deal with topics such as: financial institutios, instruments and their attributes and operations. Additionally, they will be analyzed and applied in practical situations in order to face the situations creating risks to SMEs.

CO 1031 Financing Sources

The aim of this course is for students to understand and analyze different financing sources that enterprises have for the long and short-term, their implications and ways to obtain them. This will be carried out by introducing students to the banking intermediation systems, stock market, development funds, and international financing.

CO 1030 Entrepreneurial Finance Workshop

The aim of this course is for students to understand and implement financial functions within the context of small and medium enterprises and their shareholders, incorporating the analysis, study, and optimization of ther process to obtain and use financial resources in order to achieve an adequate level of profitability that ensures long-term business sustainability.
