EC 3012 Customs Operations

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the process of maritime, air and land customsclearance under the regulatory framework established by the Customs Law and the General Rules on Foreign Trade. They will also analyze different export promotion programs and the legal framework and means of customs control by the authorities and procedures to file appeals.

EC 3011 Economic Development of Tourism

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the main theories of economic development and their relationship with the tourism sector, considering it as a driving force for development. Similarly, students will become acquainted with sustainable development and its methods, current debates, and cases applied to the tourism sector.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to identify the characteristics and organizational culture that distinguish companies that promote the welfare of their employees. At the conclusion of this course, students will master the skills to perform import and export operations. They will learn and understand the various schemes to promote international trade in Mexico, so that they will be able to analyze and compare the general aspects of customs operations in North America.

EC 3002 Global Market Strategies

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to implement strategic and analytical thinking for company internationalization. They will know how to explain the different tools and programs developed by the private sector, the public sector, and international organizations for implementation and strategic control.

EC 3000 Development of Products and Services in the Global Market

At the conclusion of this course, students will have developed a strategic vision for organizations to be able to structure and boost marketing and management plans at the global level for both goods and services. They will be able to identify business opportunities, access schemes, and the different regimes in the world markets for both goods and services.
