AD 1011 Creative Thinking
We believe that people are naturally creative and that this skill can be developed through a learning and practicing process.
With these premises in mind, the general aim of the course is to promote the students' creative thinking through the knowledge and practice of techniques that enable them to develop flexible and original thinking.
The course's specific objectives include the following:
AD 2010 Small Business Management
The aim of this course is for students to understand the importance of new, small, and medium-sized enterprises for economic development, as well as their characteristics and administrative problems.
AD 2015 Business Plan
This course aims to identify the key factors in visualizing, defining, testing, and exploring a business opportunity, through the comprehensive use of interdisciplinary tools.
AD 2055 Social Entrepreneurship
The aim of this course is for students to: (1) Understand the nature and importance of social entrepreneurship. (2) Develop their skills to propose creative solutions to the social problems of Mexico and the world. (3) Identify business opportunities through innovating services and products that generate high social value.
AD 2056 Social Enterprising
The aim of this course is for students to: (1) Understand the nature and importance of social entreprising. (2) Develop their skills to propose creative solutions to the social problems of Mexico and the world. (3) Identify business opportunities through innovating services and products that generate high social value.
EC 3012 Customs Operations
At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the process of maritime, air and land customsclearance under the regulatory framework established by the Customs Law and the General Rules on Foreign Trade. They will also analyze different export promotion programs and the legal framework and means of customs control by the authorities and procedures to file appeals.
EC 3011 Economic Development of Tourism
At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the main theories of economic development and their relationship with the tourism sector, considering it as a driving force for development. Similarly, students will become acquainted with sustainable development and its methods, current debates, and cases applied to the tourism sector.
