DE 3000 Human Rights

The aim of this course is for students to develop the necessary abilities to know and operate the principal international human rights instruments and the main international systems for the protection of human rights, in both regional and international. They will also understand the applicability of international norms and jurisprudence on human rights in the Mexican legal system.

DE 4002 Directed Professional Internship in Law II

The aim of this course is for students to continue program of pre-professional exercises, assisted by a professor and tutored by a law professional, in a law-related organization. Students will undertake legal activities and seek the continuous pursuit of improvement and professional excellence. They will also develop communication skills and learn to be efficient and effective as members of an organization, while acquiring a deeper knowledge of the law profession.

DE 4001 Prácticas Profesionales Dirigidas en Derecho I

Iniciar la vinculación del estudiante con el medio laboral a través de un programa de ejercicios pre - profesionales bajo la asesoría de un profesor y la tutoría de un Profesional del derecho en un centro de actividades dentro del ámbito jurídico, desarrollar actitudes hacia la búsqueda del mejoramiento continuo y la excelencia profesional, desarrollar habilidades de comunicación, aprender a ser eficientes y eficaces como miembros de una organización y profundizar en el conocimiento de la profesión.

DE 3700 Advanced Corporate Labor Law

The aim of this course is for students to apply theoretical knowledge of labor law to identify each and every one of the administrative documents that a company, as an employer, is obligated to keep in its files and provide counsel to the company on such documents. Students will also be able to advise the company on the preparation of individual and collective documents in order to protect proper company housekeeping and prevent any negative effects on company operations or the working life of its employees.
