The aim of this course is for students to apply the rules governing the different commercial legal proceedings and comprehend and describe accurately situations related to conflicts in commercial procedures. They should also know and apply strategies and arguments in a judicial case.

The aim of this course is for students to understand the basic elements that make up the structure of taxes and become acquainted with the general classification of taxes and analyze the basic structure of different legal systems of a fiscal nature.

By the end of this course students will know and understand the fundamental postulates of fiscal law relating to individuals and taxes, as well as the powers and obligations of taxpayers and tax authorities.
