DE 3014 Electoral Law

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to analyze Mexican Electoral Law from a multidisciplinary approach. By using concepts of Law and Political Science, the principles, actors, remedies and defense actions will be described in order to comprehend Mexican Electoral Law in a comprehensive manner, starting from its conception and purpose in the Mexican political system and the raison d´être of the institutional machinery that makes it possible and its protection mechanisms.

DE 3005 Administrative Law Seminar

The aim of this course is for students to analyze the relationship between entrprises and the municipal, state and federal governments as concerns the different formalities that enterprises need to carry out in the pre-operative, operative, and liquidation stages in terms of the steps to be followed, requirements, and costs, among other factors, in order to be able to provide the best legal counsel and services as required by a company.

DE 3004 Tax Law Seminar

The aim of this course is for students to understand legal remedies such as know through real and current cases the legal defense means such as administrative appeals, adjudicative administrative trials, and amparo motions in tax matters, focusing on the details of jurisidction and administrative process in order to de able to solve problems related to taxes and other contributions.
