By the end of this course, students will understand the main scenarios presented by the philosophy of fundamental rights in terms of the conception of man as a citizen who is conscious of his rights and duties and actively participates with an ethical sense and awareness of citizenship.

This course aims to analyze the concept and bases of fundamental rights and their constitutional normativity in Mexican law.

This course aims to analyze personal rights, credit or obligations based on concepts, sources, modalities and legal consequences under existing civil legislation and their application according to procedural topics and other areas of Law.

By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and analyze matters concerning the urgent normativity of contracts and agreements in Mexico, within the civil sphere and through the study of applicable legal principles, legislation, and precedents in the jurisprudence.

This course aims to analyze the field of personal rights, credit or obligations based on concepts, sources, modalities and legal consequences under existing civil legislation.

By the end of this course, students will be able to apply knowledge concerning the Civil Law, through the presentation of case studies, using applicable Civil legislation and precedents of the National Supreme Court of Justice.

By the end of this course, students will apply the procedures established by civil procedural law. They will also be able to identify the acts that integrate the proper procedures and proceedings for each lawsuit.

By the end of this course, students will understand various philosophical currents of law and their relationship with the values to which they aspire, as a means in the service of man.

The aim of this course is for students to apply the fundamental epistemological postulates relating to the legal disciplines through research in national and international legal texts.
