DE 2435 Energy Law

By the end of this course, students will be able to identify the legal framework that regulates the energy sector in Mexico. They will appreciate the legal and economic importance of the energy industry in our country, especially within the context of change that the Mexican society has experienced. The course also aims to develop students' capacity to compete in the specialized labor market of this branch of law.

DE 2325 Liabilities

This course aims to analyze personal rights, credit or obligations based on concepts, sources, modalities and legal consequences under existing civil legislation and their application according to procedural topics and other areas of Law.

DE 2322 Civil Agreements

By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and analyze matters concerning the urgent normativity of contracts and agreements in Mexico, within the civil sphere and through the study of applicable legal principles, legislation, and precedents in the jurisprudence.
