The aim of this course is for students to identify, get acquainted with, and solve the problems arising from international legal traffic, which implies a thorough understanding of conflict of laws rules and other elements of conflict resolution where external elements are present.

By the end of this course, students will understand the juridical institutions of the US law system through the analysis of doctrine and juridical texts in English.

This course aims to analyze the most relevant administrative activity on the issues of expropriation, concession, labor relations of public servants, and public administration, as well as the general foundations of the administrative procedure. 

This course aims to analyze the theoretical principles and purposes of administrative law and the legal framework of administrative law in Mexico.

By the end of this course, students will understand the main scenarios presented by the philosophy of fundamental rights in terms of the conception of man as a citizen who is conscious of his rights and duties and actively participates with an ethical sense and awareness of citizenship.
