By the end of this course, students will have acquired a global understanding of foreign trade, economic blocks, mechanisms and procedures that will provide them with the necessary instruments for their future participation in the internationalization process of the economy and world trade.

By the end of this course, students will be able to explain the function of procedure as a legal instrument.  They will also get acquainted with the fundamental concepts of procedural law: jurisdiction, action, and process.

The aim of this course is to analyze the stages of criminal proceedings in the Mexican criminal justice system.
