By the end of this course, students will get acquainted with the responsibilities inherent in public service as well as with the implications of its non-compliance, from a legal and axiological perspective.
By the end of this course, students will understand the peculiarities that make ethical, quality public service a priority. They will be able to analyze practical cases in light of these two variables and link them to the practice of public administration.

This course aims to define private and public policies resulting from the creation of a national project and the establishment of fields of action: political, economical, social, educational, and environmental.
By the end of this course, students will be able to identify the historical stages of Political Science. They will get acquainted with their more recent approaches in order to identify the theoretical elements that will enable them to analyze contemporary reality appropriately.

They will be able to link both concepts to the globalization phenomenon and identify the principal characteristics of a democratic political culture for the purpose of producing more active, better-informed citizens.
