At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to discuss strategies in the operation of financial markets, understanding the behavior of the economic agents involved in the financial market, their importance and the main factors influencing their relationship with the economy from a global perspective.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to estimate demand and production functions of different industries and sectors of the Mexican economy. Through the duality theory, they will also be able to estimate demand resulting from the labor factor.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to apply knowledge of classical econometrics and time series analysis to the analysis of real microeconomic and macroeconomic cases.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze financial situations through econometrics and to use the design of applied financial models in order to apply econometrics for economic forecasting.

At the conclusion of this course, students will have acquired the additional knowledge of Econometrics at a higher level and they will be able to apply this knowledge to economic research.

At the conclusion of this course, students will master the skills to perform import and export operations. They will learn and understand the various schemes to promote international trade in Mexico, so that they will be able to analyze and compare the general aspects of customs operations in North America.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to apply and implement strategic and analytical thinking for the internationalization of a company. Additionally, they will know how to explain the different tools and programs developed by the private sector, the public sector, and international organizations for implantation and strategic control.

At the conclusion of this course, students will have become acquainted with the international trade agreements signed by Mexico and they will be able to analyze and utilize those agreement, thus identifying business opportunities with different countries.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the economic, industrial and business structure of countries which are members of the European Union. They will research the regulations these countries' have on foreign trade, access to their markets, and the attraction of foreign investments.
