By the end of this course, students will understand public international law within the context of law and how it affects our country. They will also analyze the international legal framework and the ways of resolving international disputes.
The aim of this course is for students to identify, get acquainted with, and solve the problems arising from international legal traffic, which implies a thorough understanding of conflict of laws rules and other elements of conflict resolution where external elements are present.
By the end of this course, students will understand the juridical institutions of the US law system through the analysis of doctrine and juridical texts in English.
The aim of this course is for students to understand the basics of the American legal system in particular in the areas of constitutional law and history of the Common Law, through a study method that uses the tools of comparative law, aiming to capitalize on the knowledge acquired by students for a better understanding of topics of Mexican law, especially in areas such as constitutional law.
