DE 3700 Advanced Corporate Labor Law

The aim of this course is for students to apply theoretical knowledge of labor law to identify each and every one of the administrative documents that a company, as an employer, is obligated to keep in its files and provide counsel to the company on such documents. Students will also be able to advise the company on the preparation of individual and collective documents in order to protect proper company housekeeping and prevent any negative effects on company operations or the working life of its employees.

DI 3320 Materials Strength and Simulation

The aim of this course is enable students to identify and interpret the characteristics of the product and the environment surrounding it by using specialized software. Furthermore, students will be able to analyze the internal and external forces of a product for strength calculation purposes. Finally, students will be capable of studying and modeling a product based on its operational conditions.
