In the Center for Molecular Diagnosis and Personalized Medicine (CDMMP) we seek to innovate in methods of detection, which allow improving medical practice through individual therapies, according to the specific needs of each patient.
We develop activities focused on the generation of disease detection methods through frontier technology, generation of novel therapeutic methods, and research and education in these fields.

Carlos Alberto Vallejo Leija, alumno del programa académico de Licenciado en Psicología del Trabajo y las Organizaciones (LPT), realizó una publicación en la Revista Interamericana de Psicología Internacional: una investigación científica en colaboración con la Dra. Angélica Quiroga, de la Escuela de Psicología.
El doctor Francisco González Salazar, maestro investigador y SNI nivel II, realizó una investigación sobre el autocontrol y atención de la diabetes en Monterrey que fue seleccionada para convertirse en un Documento de Política Pública que formará parte de la Publicación Anual 2018 de la Red de Conocimiento del Consejo Nuevo León.

El doctor Umberto León, profesor de Psicología y SNI nivel I, fue invitado para escribir una entrada en la Encyclopedia of Clinical Neuropsychology de Springer, una de las mayores editoriales científicas del mundo.
Su artículo trata de una técnica de neuroimagen que toma los mismos principios que usan los telescopios para saber de qué están compuestas las estrellas para saber de qué está compuesto el cerebro.
