Thank you UDEM for everything, for making your campus a safe and inclusive space, and for reminding us to enjoy ourselves.

Making the decision to enter UDEM was very simple, because I knew it would give me the best tools, skills and experiences to become a lawyer with integrity and good values. Despite being a foreigner and being out of my comfort zone, the university not only gave me what I needed to be an excellent professional when I graduated from law school, but also allowed me to meet many people who gave me more than friendship, but also support. Having the support of my classmates and teachers was what kept me going during these 4 years and helped me finish my law degree, they filled me with anecdotes and unique experiences.

Of these experiences, being part of the speakers at a conference of the Reynosa-Rio Bravo Women's Bar Association, on March 8, 2021, about Women's Day, marked me very much. Being selected to explain, as well as disseminate what it is like to be a woman every day; it was a very empowering moment, since I am passionate about human rights in general and more so in relation to gender equality.

UDEM made it possible for me to develop as a professional, as well as to live good moments inside and outside the school, these 4 years studying for my law degree were a lot of study but also a lot of fun in the classrooms, library and campus in general.
