PS 2105 Cognitive Neuropsychology

The aim of this course is for students to understand the foundations of the diagnosis and treatment of the different neuro-cognitive deficits, whether they are caused by neurological injuries, brain diseases, substance abuse or developmental problems, supported by scientific knowledge regarding the interaction between brain behavior, function, and structure.

PS 4330 Clinical Psychology Internship III

The aim of this course is for students to develop a research project to solve relevant psychological intervention problems in a clinical context in which they are doing the internship is taking place, showing mastery of the scientific method and APA-style publications, within the framework of ethical commitment for the promotion of change and development, in accordance with the state of the discipline, contextual challenges, use of brief-intervention techniques, teamwork, and a mixed supervision model of professional practice in real and on-line scenarios.

PS 4325 Clinical Psychology Internship II

The aim of this course is for students to develop a research and psychological assessment project to solve relevant problems in the clinical context in which the internship is taking place, showing mastery of the scientific method and APA-style publications, within the framework of ethical commitment for the promotion of change and development, in accordance with the state of the discipline, contextual challenges, use of brief-intervention techniques, teamwork and a mixed supervision model of professional practice in real and on-line scenarios.
