Just like many, I started my degree in Psychology with the mission of helping others, but in the end, I got a lot more. During the years that I studied at UDEM, I was taught to learn beyond classes and books; I was led to ask myself the right questions to discover my professional ambitions through projects and social service.

Today, I’m in charge of Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity at Heineken Mexico. Our challenge is to generate strategies that have an impact on the lives of our employees and to win as a business. For this, you need skills that range from researching and diagnosing to implementing and measuring the beliefs and behaviors of our employees. This is a job that inspires me because we generate a positive change for our partners and associates and their families, and we help to create a better Mexico.
