LI 3150 Interior Energy Analysis

Students will be familiar with thermodynamic simulation programs which they will be able to use in buildings in high energy value, e.g. the fundamentals of Energy + , Equest , DesignBuilder and the new module of HVAC systems to go into the detailed modeling of air conditioning installations in order to perform energy modeling and simulation.

LI 3090 Philosophy of Design

By completion of this course, the students will recognize and understand the relevance and impact of design on the development of society in general and of the human being in particular. This has the aim of expanding and developing the students' understanding of design and of the consequences their own presence as professionals has on society.

AA 4105 Art Final Evaluation Program

By the end of this course, students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired during their training in the field of art. To achieve this, they will be exposed to model situations that they are bound to face in their professional life, assessing their responsibility, their methodological ability to search and use information, state problems, design solutions, and apply the most suitable technique in each case.

AA 3146 Regional Art: Projects

By the end of this course, students will be able to organize research projects on the regional art of the Mexican Northeast, based on the review of research methods within the framework of the current context of the region with the purpose of applying the theoretical and practical concepts learned in related courses in the field of research. This will be achieved through the analysis and discussion of information gathered in research carried out both individually and in collaboration with others.

AA 3136 Space and Sculpture

By the end of this course, the students will be able to assess the relationship between a sculpture work and the space in which it is implanted and how it is that both are in permanent interaction, so that they can consider the creation and mounting of sculptural works in which the relationship between man and space is explicit.
