Psychology professor Maritza Núñez receives recognition at Ibero-American Congress
Maritza Núñez Ramos, a professor of Psychology, received recognition at the 28th Ibero-American Congress on Occupational Psychology and Human Resources for her workshop “Evaluación de habilidades para ejecutivos: liderazgo y manejo de conflictos” (Skills assessment for executives: leadership and conflict management), which was evaluated as the best.
She also received recognition for her “outstanding career in the education and training of Occupational Psychologists and her valuable contribution to our Congress.” Professor Nuñez said that her workshop presented a methodology based on psychometric tests to measure the different styles to exercise leadership according to the maturity level of a group.
