Objective
The objective is to train Epidemiologists, equipped to meet the highest biopsychosocial health expectations in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and epidemiological surveillance of infectious and transmissible diseases in the population. With special emphasis on the human aspect of medicine and a primary focus on teaching and research.
