This will be achieved through the linking of theory and practice in the outpatient consultation and operating room areas.

CC 3216 Otolaryngology

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to diagnose and treat the most common diseases of the ear, nose and throat Common and identify those that require support from a specialist for timely referral in order to provide quality of life to patients. This will be achieved through readings , research, and discussions in which they will use problematized clinical cases and experiences of cases reviewed in the outpatient clinic or operating room.

CC 3210 Orthopedics and Traumatology

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to get acquainted with and develop first contact care for patients with the most common diseases of the musculoskeletal system. They will also be able to refer patients requiring specialized care to the relevant specialists as part of the comprehensive health care provided to patients with problems concerning this specialty.

CC 3201 General Surgery

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to reach a proper diagnosis of the most common surgical conditions in order to solve those minor-surgery conditions within their scope and refer cases requiring care from a surgeon in a timely and well-founded manner.

CC 3160 Clinical Immunology

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to properly diagnose and treat the most common immune disorders that concern the general practitioner. Additionally, they will use referral and counter-referral criteria for cases requiring the support of an immunologist in order to provide comprehensive care for patients with immune problems .

CC 3156 Oncology

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to recognize the clinical manifestations of the oncological conditions presenting the highest morbidity and mortality, as well as the most commonly used diagnostic methods in order to support diagnosis. Additionally, students will become acquainted with the medical and surgical regimes of cancer treatment in order to perform effectively in the clinical field, providing excellent care to patients requiring it.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to describe and explain the most common clinical problems in the area of psychiatry in order to timely diagnose and refer those conditions that warrant the participation of a psychiatrist . At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to diagnose and prescribe appropriate treatment for the most common skin diseases through the link created between knowledge and clinical practice in this field of medicine in order to meet the needs presented by the patient.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to treat the most common hematologic diseases. Furthermore, they will develop early diagnosis and timely referral skills for cases requiring care by a specialist. This will be achieved through participation in seminars and discussions of problematized clinical cases and outpatient and inpatient consultation practices.
